Koslow breathes a depth into Molly that makes you remember her after you close the cover. Grandparents will enjoy reading this book to their grandchildren. Bryant doesn't know whether to be happy Elizabeth is staying by his side helping him to navigate the scarey things happening to him, or to be miserable for dragging her into his mess as he's sure she couldn't possibly care for a "nerd" like himself. With polarized opinions forming all over town, business becomes unavoidably personal and Robin and Ian must decide whether to cling to the familiar or surrender their plans to the God of Second Chances. After the first chapter or two it is fast paced, with occasional breathers and a few pauses for comic relief. Mill was an atheist and decidedly anti-Christian, and I state this for those who need to take this into account before reading an essay on world view.
