I liked it, but I guess I couldn't get past that. I hope she writes another one with a different topic. This all happening and cloaked while the Clinton Lewinsky scandal was unraveling. This book contains basic weight training exercises that can be applied to a variety of sports that involve the use of a variety of muscle groups.
